We are a friendly, knowledgeable team with two shops: our home in Pool in Wharfedale, just outside Otley, where we've been since 1984, and our new shop at Killinghall on the edge of Harrogate. We provide advice on all aspects of animal care, from fitting your dog's harness to help selecting the right feed for your dog, cat, horse, small animal or farm animal. We are pet and animal lovers ourselves and understand the importance of getting it right.
Our qualified team is available to dispense veterinary wormers and flea treatments as well as being able to microchip pets.

Local deliveries to addresses within 25 miles of our shops in Pool in Wharfedale (LS21 1EG) and Killinghall, Harrogate (HG3 2AS) are fulfilled by our own drivers and vehicles.
If you are outside our delivery area, certain products eg. our Blue Barn Dog Food ranges can be delivered to your door by courier.
Other products may be eligible: we will contact you once your order has been placed.
